Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YNJ Immigration Consultancy Inc. This is a permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  3. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  4. Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services and managing inventory and budgetary controls.
  5. Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  7. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  8. Ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil languages is an asset.
