Job Summary

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
