Job Title: Distribution Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Operations Manager to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our distribution network.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet the needs of our distribution operations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our distribution operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent judgement, reliability, and ability to work independently.
