Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Sales and Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Organizational Development
- Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members.
- Training and Development
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work Term
- Permanent position.
