We are a leading Canadian logistics company, Leading Edge, seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-quality leads through targeted outreach and relationship-building with existing clients and partners.
  • Demonstrate and sell our industry-leading logistics application to key decision-makers, highlighting its benefits and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align sales strategies and achieve business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals in the software or logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Availability for morning shifts and willingness to travel within the region.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
