About the Role:



  • Assist in implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing existing ones to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services such as accommodation and equipment.
  • Prepare operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including MS Word, to perform administrative tasks.

Work Environment:



  • Permanent position with 32 hours per week.
