Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at A.S. Law Office Corp.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, maintaining a filing system, and performing various administrative tasks to support our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and documents within the office
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance with legal procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with PCLaw in the Cloud is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
