Executive Office Coordinator

BeBee Professionals in Winnipeg is seeking a reliable and organized Executive Office Coordinator to support our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
About the Role:- You will provide administrative support to our team members, handling various tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
We are looking for an experienced candidate with previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our team members have all the necessary information to prepare.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using data and other relevant information.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
