About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Singh Drywall Ltd.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position working 35 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining records and files, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Open and distribute mail, plan and organize daily operations, answer telephone calls and relay messages, answer electronic enquiries, and type and proofread correspondence.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, and conduct performance reviews.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail. They will also be comfortable with repetitive tasks and have excellent oral and written communication skills.

What We Offer
