As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they are utilizing our platform to its full potential.

Your primary focus will be on guiding new customers through the onboarding process, setup, and implementation. You will be the primary point of contact for these clients and will work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Onboard inbound sales inquiries to ensure they are utilizing the platform to its full potential
* Guide new customers through onboarding, setup, and implementation
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success
* Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, feedback, etc.
* Proactively upsell customers to ensure they are activating the products during the onboarding phase
* Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide better service

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
* Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space (bonus points if it's in FinTech)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
* Detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
* An eagerness to learn, develop, and actively contribute in a collaborative team setting
