Using a consultative approach, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure the smooth adoption of our products and services.

Our goal is to empower property managers to manage their properties autonomously. If you share this vision, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will become a STAN AI technical product expert, responsible for managing all assigned customer onboardings and ensuring the successful launch of STAN AI across their real estate portfolio. You will provide detailed account walkthroughs, assist new customers with their AI deployment, and lead successful kick-off calls to communicate account setup requirements and expectations with key stakeholders.

You will also educate customers on STAN\u2019s suite of tools, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations. Additionally, you will monitor setup progress on accounts, identify potential risks, and guide next steps.

If you are a strong communicator with excellent outgoing communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a proven experience in SaaS - Client Onboarding, Customer Service, and/or Customer Success, we encourage you to apply.
