Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator

About the Role:
This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support. As a Medical Office Coordinator at Mountainview Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic Inc., you will be responsible for managing our front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administration role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
