Job Description

Hans Transport seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Operations Coordinator/Executive Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working condition.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both internally and externally.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, creating job postings, and onboarding new employees.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
