About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Schweitzer. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to existing and potential clients, promoting sales and new business, and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through market research to develop new business relationships
  • Provide price quotes, contract terms, warranties, and estimate delivery dates
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to satisfy both client and company requirements
  • Prepare sales documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Provide ongoing support and after-sales assistance to clients to support client retention
  • Utilize e-commerce solutions to reach and serve a broader client base
  • Review market information and conditions to stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with the shopfitting sector is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to generate new ideas to overcome challenges
  • Empathic team player
  • A client-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
  • Post-secondary degree is preferred
  • Excellent English skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of $58,000 to $65,000, plus potential discretionary bonus.
