We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at VOYSUS CONNECTION EXPERT INC. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including quotes, credit terms, and delivery dates
  • Use sales forecasting software to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts
  • Stay up-to-date on product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or serviceRequirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
    • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
