- Ensure implementation of merchandising standards across all channels of trade

- Monitor sales progress against business plans and collaborate with Operations to optimize product availability
- Coach and develop distribution partners to meet RBCA expectations
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
