Canada Sales Director

**Job Overview**
Ignition Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Business Development and Sales to manage and develop our Canadian business.
This role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity or technology sector, distribution sales experience, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proven experience in managing sales teams and developing the business.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a senior sales management or leadership role, preferably within the technology, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure sectors, and distribution sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure senior executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving growth and managing diverse sales teams.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in using a CRM tool effectively.
