About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Kinatex Sports Physio. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and employee records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate the management of material resources to support our clinical operations.
  • Support the integration of new employees and provide training as needed.
  • Assist with reception duties and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • DEC or diploma in administration and/or accounting and/or medical secretarial work (asset).
  • Knowledge in accounting (asset).
  • Familiarity with Sage, Excel, and Clinic Master (asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar role and/or in customer service.
  • Bilingualism (required).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Sense of autonomy, organization, and good priority management.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm during peak periods.
