This involves analyzing the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, as well as evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to determine profit margins and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement budget plans to maintain profitability.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to optimize profits.
