Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Sales Consultant - General Surgery Specialist to join our talented sales force in the General Surgery division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed product information provision to customers to drive revenue growth objectives.
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies with Territory Managers to promote products effectively.
  • Innovative programs development in collaboration with the marketing team to drive positive growth.
  • Observation of procedures in hospital operating rooms to gain insights into physician and OR staff nuances.
  • New sales lead identification and customer solution development in conjunction with Territory and Regional Business Managers.
  • Customer needs response and complaint resolution through creative solutions or collaboration with other personnel.
  • Hospital personnel relationship development to make new contacts and identify key purchasing decision makers.
  • Customer education on product merits and clinical usage through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Evaluation, loaner, and sales sample inventory management and return product handling in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior consistent quota achievement/top performance in sales or 2+ years of prior clinical work experience (Operating Room and/or GI suite experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
