Pine House Grocery Store seeks an Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out a range of administrative activities to support the smooth operation of our office.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week
