About the Role

Pine House Grocery Store is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our store. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, allowing our team to focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed;
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including personnel management and training;
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
