Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at YTR TRANSPORT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Direct staff and oversee the preparation of reports
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and oversee payroll administration
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail
