Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Dash Hudson. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the social media marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative outreach and follow-up communications designed to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Run demo and training calls with prospective customers over the phone or in person.
- Work within our sales team to close leading global luxury, apparel, consumer electronics, media, beauty, food, and publishing brands.
- Travel to visit clients in-person and attend various marketing events and tradeshows.
- Entrepreneurially build a portion of your own pipeline through networking and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Review and qualify inbound leads.
- Support and expand recently won accounts.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) and sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- SaaS sales experience considered an asset.
- Ability to build relationships with and coach some of the smartest marketers in the world.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
