IT Sales and Business Development Professional

CBTS serves enterprise and midmarket clients in all industries across the United States and Canada. Our company combines deep technical expertise with a full suite of flexible technology solutions, including Application Modernization, Managed Hybrid Cloud, Cybersecurity, Unified Communications, and Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate new client contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments to drive sales growth.
- Identify and consultatively sell solutions and/or services to new and existing clients, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs, developing client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and financial targets.
- Conduct regular site visits and sales meetings with clients to build strong relationships and stay ahead of industry developments.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, combined with approximately 5-7 years' experience in IT staffing or recruiting.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Revenue, GP sales, and placement quotas, with a consistent focus on quality and customer service.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to travel to client sites within your designated territory, staying up-to-date with current sales trends and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional office visits. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
