Human Resources Coordinator/hse Administrator

**The position of Human Resources Coordinator/Health & Safety Administrator will**:
Provide leadership and oversight for Human Resources functions in the development and implementation of strategic planning in compliance with all Provincial and Federal legislation. It will also require administration of our Health & Safety program.
**Position Requirements**
**HR Management**:
- Participation in annual reviews, individual performance plans, tracking due dates for performance evaluations and follow up with Supervisors and Managers.
- Implement records retention policies in line with all Employment Standards and Privacy legislation.
- Titan Geotrack and Hours of Service.
**Health & Safety Administration**:
Offer support to Safety Officer in the following areas:
- participation in safety meetings and initiatives assist in development and implementation of safety policies and procedures; employee training and safe program awareness.
- Implementation of the Certificate of Recognition program.
- Management of ISNetworld, Avetta, Comply works, and Workhub
- Management of hours of service and Log books
Work Remotely
- No

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Lac La Biche, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
