About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Budget and Contract Team as a Clinical Trial Budget Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing various aspects of clinical trial budgets, including negotiating budgets and programming payment sheets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and review budgets from the start of a study
  • Review and negotiate budget amendments
  • Program and adjust Excel documents for budget amendments
  • Maintain a list of active studies for payments and completion of spreadsheets
  • Prioritize new studies to be negotiated and programmed on Excel
  • Answer programming, budget, and invoicing questions as required
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A 4-year degree or college diploma in business, science, or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in administrative and Excel work
  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of DocuSign and PDF software
  • Ability to handle and prepare confidential and sensitive documents
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary range of $23.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience. The expected hours of work are no more than 40 per week, with occasional overtime pay available.
