Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at MODE IMMIGRATION INC. This role is responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure. They will also be proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, and other relevant software.
In this position, you will assist in preparing operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for reports and correspondence. You will also plan and control budget and expenditures.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity working 32-40 hours per week. The salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
