FSB GROUP LTD. is actively looking for a RIBO Licensed Commercial Lines Customer Service Specialist. If you are dedicated to providing outstanding service, enjoy collaborating with others, and excel in a dynamic environment, this role may be ideal for you.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist producers and clients in the marketing and management of commercial insurance policies. You will be instrumental in fostering and sustaining robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including insurance company representatives and producers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients on a daily basis
  • Handling policy modifications efficiently
  • Maintaining professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
  • Providing necessary support to Producers as needed
  • Timely processing of callbacks, submissions, and correspondence
  • Flexibility to undertake various assigned tasks
  • Promoting company features and benefits during ongoing portfolio assessments
  • Cross-selling a range of products whenever possible
  • Encouraging client loyalty through meticulous attention to detail and relationship management
  • Staying updated on all company policies and procedures
  • Assessing risks within established parameters

Qualifications

  • Possession of a RIBO license in good standing
  • Prior experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a commitment to superior customer service
  • Effective communication skills with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to navigate various insurers and their offerings
  • Adaptability to change
  • Experience with Broker Management Systems
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently
