About the Job

Mowen Insurance Brokers, operating as A Division of Oracle RMS, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. As a TSR, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while also having the opportunity to sell new business and increase your income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process outstanding payments and banking information changes on company portals.
  • Issue liability slips and certificates of insurance for commercial and personal lines clients.
  • Transact and invoice agency bill policy.
  • Process new business and renewals, client letters, cancellations.
  • Complete first insurance contracts for new business and renewals.
  • Follow up on abeyances on a daily basis.
  • Assist account managers with daily tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must have a Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario license in good standing (RIBO).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a TSR (Technical Service Representative) is required.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills with Microsoft Office experience.
  • Ability to work as a team and work well under pressure.
  • Superior organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
