Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Commercial Administrative Team Lead to guide our clients and drive business advancement. This role requires a subject matter expert who can achieve business results through effective process management, workflow, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Support the implementation of major change initiatives and collaborate with the management team to develop business strategies.
- Manage succession plans for the team and ensure quality service meets expected standards.
- Analyze and resolve service and sales issues, and implement tools to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in people management.
- RIBO license in good standing.
- Leadership and management experience within an insurance brokerage.
- Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, written, oral, and presentation skills.
