Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Administrative Team Lead to guide our clients and drive business advancement. This role requires a subject matter expert who can achieve business results through effective process management, workflow, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Support the implementation of major change initiatives and collaborate with the management team to develop business strategies.
  • Manage succession plans for the team and ensure quality service meets expected standards.
  • Analyze and resolve service and sales issues, and implement tools to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management.
  • RIBO license in good standing.
  • Leadership and management experience within an insurance brokerage.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication, written, oral, and presentation skills.
