Job Description

FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional day-to-day customer service to clients.
  • Process policy changes and maintain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters.
  • Assist and provide support to producers as required.
  • Process call backs, submissions, and mail in a timely manner.
  • Perform various assigned tasks and promote company features and benefits.
  • Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity.
  • Promote client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building.
  • Remain current on all company philosophies and procedures.
  • Accept risks within established guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Holds RIBO license in good standing.
  • Previous commercial lines insurance experience.
  • Professional, friendly, and courteous with the ability to provide superior customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to work with a variety of insurers and their products.
  • Adaptable to change and team player with a strong work ethic.
