FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Customer Service Representatives . If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team.


Your focus will be on supporting the producers and clients in the selling and servicing of commercial insurance. To build and maintain strong relationships with our internal & external partners which includes insurance company representatives and producers.


Duties and responsibilities


  • Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
  • Processing policy changes
  • Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
  • Assist and provide support to Producers as required
  • Process call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
  • Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
  • Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review
  • Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity
  • Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
  • Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
  • Accepts risks within established guidelines


Qualifications


  • Holds RIBO license in good standing
  • Previous commercial lines insurance experience
  • Professional, friendly and courteous with the ability to provide superior customer service
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making abilities to work with a variety of insurers and their products
  • Adaptable to change
  • Broker Management System Experience
  • Team player with strong work ethic and the ability to work with minimal supervision
