FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Insurance Customer Service Representatives. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
- Processing policy changes
- Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
- Assist and provide support to Producers as required
- Process call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
- Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review
- Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity
- Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
- Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
- Accepts risks within established guidelines
**Qualifications**:
- Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
- Min. 1-2 years experience as a commercial broker
- Has worked in an insurance brokerage
- Experience with Power Broker ( an asset)
- Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
- Has excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Can function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player
- Has strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change
- Are proficient in BMS and Microsoft
