The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our commercial insurance business development efforts, driving growth and revenue through effective process management, workflow optimization, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans
  • Ensure quality of service meets expected standards
  • Examine customer experience and implement tools and programs to enhance it
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in people management
  • RIBO license in good standing
  • Leadership and management experience within an insurance brokerage
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
