About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Boston Pizza New West. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical demands of the role.
