About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dana Pani Indian Cuisine Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of our menu items, as well as overseeing the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
    • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies
    • Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and improve profitability
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior chef role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Indian cuisine
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
