Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at River's Reach Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are creative, delicious, and meet the expectations of our customers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and in good working order.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role is based in an urban area, with public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
