**Job Summary**

The District Manager position at Lovisa is a critical role that requires a strong leader to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Store Visits and Performance Evaluation**: Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the performance of store managers, utilizing available reports to set clear objectives and ensure alignment with Lovisa's directives and benchmarks.
  • **Communication and Coaching**: Foster open and consistent communication with store managers and teams through regular meetings, written action plans, and performance feedback to coach and develop their skills.
  • **Team Development and Succession Planning**: Recruit and develop a passionate and customer-focused team to drive business growth and succession planning through Lovisa's talent development programs.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Implement effective rostering strategies to optimize store operations, reduce unnecessary costs, and minimize internal and external shrinkage.
  • **Travel and Flexibility**: Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to travel interstate and internationally to support business needs.

**Requirements**
