We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales District Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a Sales District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in assigned districts.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales success and meet productivity requirements.
- Coach and train sales representatives to improve sales skills and knowledge.
- Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent.
- Ensure field teams meet sales and performance requirements.
- Use data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Assist with reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
