Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Service Manager to lead our customer-facing teams in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for managing a district of customer-facing teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus:
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive service solutions and maximize customer value.
  • Business Growth:
    • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and profitability within the district.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
