Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a district of customer-facing teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any gaps or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to address any gaps or issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
