Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory District Sales Manager to join our team at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with independent sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve business growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent sales representatives to drive sales growth
  • Provide product training and support to sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively promote our products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume workload
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
