Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Service Manager to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth in your assigned district.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Focus: Assume primary ownership for customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue attainment for your district.
  2. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and represent our service in critical customer meetings, sales opportunities, and escalated issue resolution.
  3. Partnership Development: Develop high-performing partnerships with our sales and service teams to provide cohesive service solutions and maximize our share of wallet for local and national accounts.
  4. Customer Engagement: Design and implement district-specific customer engagement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Process Improvement: Implement protocols and procedures to ensure cost-effective delivery of service quality.
  6. Talent Management: Own talent and resource forecasting and management to ensure customer business expectations and financial objectives are met.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: 6 years of experience, including 2 years of leadership experience.
  3. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic/intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  4. Preferred Experience: Experience leading field teams, continuous improvement training, and strong business acumen.
