Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit and advise customers on a regular basis to promote our products and services
  • Implement sales growth strategies with each customer to increase revenue and market share
  • Identify and contact potential customers to target new business opportunities and close strategic deals
  • Participate in customer events, sales meetings, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand
  • Keep organized records and track progress using various tools and software

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma in administration or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in sales management, ideally as a district sales manager
  • Passionate about the powersports industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable using a CRM and Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Ability to travel frequently, often requiring hotel accommodation
