Job Summary

STERIS is seeking a highly skilled District Service Manager to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth in a full-service district. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve business objectives, manage customer relationships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead a team of service professionals to achieve business objectives, manage performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Manage district budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, optimize service delivery, and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, including 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a field service leadership role or equivalent experience in a comparable industry.
  • Continuous improvement training or proven results in process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong business acumen, including budget planning, cost management, and performance analysis.
