Client Support Coordinator

Our team is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the success of our business operations. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of this team, responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Management team and implementing branch directives.
You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilizing your skills in MS Office, communication, and problem-solving to deliver results that matter. You will also be expected to maintain high service quality standards and foster strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Branch Operations: Provide operational support to the Management team, assist in implementing branch directives, and ensure high service quality standards.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients, respond to requests, and engage in proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts, enter trades, and update records as required.
- General Administration: Support the Branch Administrator, Assistant Branch Administrator & Branch Manager with general office administration.
