The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who are interested in learning more about our software. Your goal will be to understand their business needs and determine whether Jobber is the right solution for them. You will work closely with our Account Executive team to provide a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and determine whether Jobber is a good fit for their business
  • Work with the Account Executive team to provide a best-in-class customer experience
  • Track key information in Salesforce to inform follow-up and analytics
  • Participate in regular coaching and development sessions to improve sales skills and performance

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a tech or software industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow with the company
