Procore Technologies is a leading software provider in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our sales team.

Job Summary

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing and executing account plans, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target companies. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold calling, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts and provide regular reporting on sales activities and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise sales development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
