About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Uptempo. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities and driving sales growth through targeted prospecting and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate targeted prospecting and outreach activities to connect with prospective customers in a personalized 1:1 approach.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries to assess interest-level and potential solution needs.
  • Develop into a sales development and customer expert, becoming a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics for activities and Sales Qualified Leads that drive active opportunities for sales to pursue and win.
Requirements
  • Higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities.
  • Demonstrable ability to learn and master new technology and processes.
  • Excellent researching and problem-solving skills.
